how to match epson stylus cx5000 printer to unbuntu ?

having difficult time matching epson stylus cx 5000 printer to unbuntu. The List offer does not include the the cx5000. Do not know how reset for that particular printer. Are there any sugguests ?

The spec on the side says windows 98se, Me 2000. Power PC intel Core. Will these spec apply to Unbuntu. I'm new to all of this not sure.

According to http://openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Epson-Stylus_CX5000
you should be able to use the gutenprint driver for the cx4800 So when you are choosing the printer, choose the Epson Stylus CX4800 with the gutenprint drivers.
