Different input sources for each window don't work in Ubuntu 16.10

I set different sources for each window, when switches the keyboard layout, but this option is ignored, when I switch between windows: the layout does not change. It works as if I set a same source for all windows.
I use Ubuntu 16.10 and this issues doesn't appears in Ubuntu 16.04. But I hope my question will help detect the problem.
