A problem with “Ubuntu Arabic Translators” team

The team contains only 11 members and there are 176752 untranslated items (from English to Arabic language) and it's a huge number for a small team!

The problem is the team who is responsible for translating Ubuntu into Arabic language is not active, and there are no new members because it's a restricted team and they doesn't allow any member to join.

Can you allow me to make a new team to help in translation from English to Arabic language or at least open this team for new members to join ?
