I am using the latest version and kernels from ubuntu.com. A fresh new install on a new partition. I am a ubuntu first timer so please simplify things as much as possible. I guess my real question is, how do i make this (*-network DISABLED) into (*-network ENABLED)?

Hello Hotcakez,

I found a nice tutorial which deals with your adapter [http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-wireless-networking-41/how-to-for-the-bcm4318-airforce-one-card-473194/]. Maybe it helps!? :D

Unfortunately I do not have the powers to change the state of this question to SOLVED, EXPIRED or INVALID. Someone here at Launchpad either grant me that permission or simply apply the change in state to this question, please.

Can you help with this problem?
