Gstreamers download

Tell me wher can i download the gstreamer.tell me the website or send me a link of it.I'm not able to get those links.

I don't have net in my system.so tell me the procedure how to download and where can i get the gstreamers for audio and video files.

1. Go to Synaptic and mark for installation all gstreamer0.10-plugins-* (mark all of them)
2. Go to File menu and Generate Download Script.
3. Go to internet connected computer and download all lines in the script. If Linux just run the script, if Windows download by hand or sth else.
4. Put files on removable disk
4a. go home.
5. Insert into disconnected computer. Tell Synaptic in File menu to add the downloaded files from removable disk.

This should do it.

3a. Go to medibuntu.org on net computer and get libdvdcss for DVD decryption.
