Setting UTC timezone to gnome-clock

How do I set the Clock to show UTC timezone?
I'm only able to set the time based on a location, like Europe/Lisbon, but not on TimeZone Like UTC.
Using 8.04.1
Any tips?

Hello
Using the command line, you can use dpkg-reconfigure tzdata.
1.Open a terminal window by going to Applications>
2.dpkg-
3. Follow the directions in the terminal.
