create account in evolution

first we submit my email
and them lounchpad mail recieve my email account..

In Evolution select menu Edit -> Preferences then select the fold "Mail accounts" and click on the "Add" button (at right in the window). This will open a wizard asking questions about your mail account, when prompted for the reception protocol select "pop".
