How do i change my password?

i just installed ubuntu, and i made the mistake of making the password in all capitals, so i was wondering how i could go about changing the password. Thanks.

Open a terminal window (Applications menu, Accessories) and type

passwd

Also:
System->Administration->Users & Groups, select your user account, click "properties", in the password field type your new password.
