Shipped cd will only run live - want to install

The Shipped CD will boot fine. Everytime I pick "Start or Install", it will only run LIVE. I want to install this to my system, which the description says that I can do.

You can install your Ubuntu system by clicking "Install" icon on desktop after LiveCD is started.
