I am pretty sure Yang is using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

Please send us the full Terminal output of the following commands:

apt-cache policy ibus-googlepinyin python-pkg-resources; lsb_release -a; uname -a

sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/python*

sudo apt-get clean

sudo apt-get autoclean

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install --reinstall python-minimal python-lockfile python-pkg-resources

sudo apt-get install -f

Can you help with this problem?
