learning the ubuntu terminal

I'm interested to learn how to use the Terminal in Ubuntu. I've been reading some answered questions here and a lot of solutions are processed using the Terminal. Can you recommend any tutorials? I'd loved to learn this. Thanks very much.

Ron,

That's the first step to really learning linux! Here are a couple resources that you will find handy:

   www.linux.org
   www.tldp.org

linux.org has a Linux 101 link that you may find useful.

tldp.org has a bunch of howtos, but what you may find useful initially are the guides. I won't list them all here, as you'll quickly identify the ones of interest. The bash intro will get you into the shell, but I would take a look at the linux intro first.
