Hallo,

this is a long-lasting problem of linux. Dell 962 is just re-branded Lexmark and Lexmarks had bad or no support in linux. If it don't work in Heron out of the box, there is maybe no way how to make it working at least partly.

Only recommendation is to buy newer hp, canon or anything you like, but check it here: http://www.linuxprinting.org
