need printdriver hp officejet pro i7590

Bought new printer hp officejet pro i7590 to go with my new laptop running Vista. This printer is on a network. Now my husband who uses Ubuntu can not use it until I get a driver. Please help. Thank you.

He should try installing hplip package for use with Hewlett Packard printers, also install the foomatic packages, to provide printer drivers from the open printing database. He should then be able to add the printer from System > Administration > Printing
