How do i ungroup icons of multiple instances (of same application) in Launcher

Currently if i open another window of a same application i don't see separate icon in the launcher.

How can i see multiple icons for multiple windows in the Launcher?

Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue.

You can use imageshack or Dropbox to make a URL of the image

Replying to the automated email and attaching a file doesn't work.
