I have no @ sign or Number sign

Hello all. I LOVE LINUX(Just started using it tho.)

ok here is my problem, Im missing certain shift buttons like my shift-2 for @ and same for 3 /(is wht it is) 6 is a question mark, my question mark key is É. and my slash key is this é. Can anyone help me?

im using a logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo. all the other keys work, just those ones.

which keyboard layout are you using?
You may like to change it in either your GUI menus, or through /etc/X11/xorg.conf and change the keyboard layout to us.
