Need Help Installing firefox 3.0 on ubuntu

I currently Have ubuntu 7.04 and firefox 2.0. I downloaded the program and I don't know know how to install it so right now it's taking a nap on my desktop...

   1. Download the Linux version of Firefox 3
   2. To extract the tar.bz2 archive that you downloaded, right-click on the file and click Extract Here.
   3. Open the folder that was created. Double-click on the firefox file in that folder
   4. Firefox 3 will start and import your settings.
