Installation of NIC Atheros L2 Fast Ethernet 10/100 Base-T Controller

Dear Sir,

I have Installed Ubuntu 7.04 PC version in my Desktop. This version is notrecognizing my Atheros L2 Fast Ethernet 10/100 Base-T Controller NIC card.

Please help me to install it, as I am unable to access the internet.

Sorry for my previous wrong answer it refer to wireless cards...

Please open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type and copy and paste here the result of:

lspci

and

ifconfig -a

Unfortunately you have an exotic nic card

and you need kernel modules for this, please seriously consider is better to buy a cheaper different nic card:
