New to installing programs on linux(hamachi)

Hello i am new to linux and i am having troubles installing Logmein hamachi. please teach me.

Here is what hamachi's readme says to do

To install hamachi in /usr/bin run the following command from under
 the root account

  make install - this is nonsense, make install what and where? 0.o great readme. :( not friendly to noob user

so i basicly i need a walkthrough on what EXACTLY to type to console. this is as far as i have got

"sudo make install" XD please teach me how to install. Ty steve

for how to hamachi install packages.

Discard readme and try this.

Great. i was able to get it installed, unable to test it atm tho. but now i need help with install the ghamachi add on :) no idea what to do here
