how to install COD4

I am new to ubuntu, like 2 hours new, how do I install a program like Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, I keep hitting dead ends. Thanks for any help you have.

Install "Wine" via Synapic, insert the COD4 disk, browse through it, right click on the setup file and choose "Open with Wine Windows Emulator".

Alternatively you could try software such as Cedega, but that's not free.
