unwanted emails spam

I am getting unwanted emails daily from weirdos for example . Viagra,rolex. Etrc At my age 76 I do not need these I mark them 'junk' but still get them Any way of stopping them please ?

You can't stop it -- unfortunately... You can just improve your spam filter... If you are using evolution here is howto -- https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToEnableSpamFilteringInEvolution
