How can one open AC.dwg files or AutoCad image

I cannot open this files recieved for my job. Dos exist any program for viewing them.

Free Software:
QCad
http://www.ribbonsoft.com/qcad.html
Uses native DWG file format.
Claims to be a professional CAD application,
But it is a very good sketcher and comes along with well done
documentation (qcad-doc).
May be instaled via apt-get / synaptic.

Propretary Software:
VariCAD
http://www.varicad.com/
Professional 2D / 3D CAD Tool.
Uses native DXF Format
And due to my experience, faster than Autodesk AutoCAD.

Thank you Bhavani Shankar ! QCad doesn't open my DWG file, it writes "Impossible to open file /home/alex/file:/home/alex/%DO/%AO...........
and type files for reading named *.dxf , but have Russian language.

VariCAD have opened my file but haven't Russian letters support. All the same thank you very much for your answer.
