Security
I recently changed my password by command at the shell. Now seahorse continually asks me for passwords to post email though i never employed it as I write them down in shorthand in a personal journal.
1: How can I fix this?
2: Is it a sign of compromised security, though I have doubts these machines can ever be secure and are largely a tool for mind reading ( ie. What clicks your stick, by accessing your data and computer habits) by the Arpanet creators, would you make a machine without a secret personal way of accessing it in case of amnesia or other irretrievable data premise? and can access any box any time even some not physically or meta physically connected.
3: Does changing your password via the shell update your other passwords files stored in the application themselves, centrally or elsewhere? One would think it should, but logic can give incorrect answers in abundance.
