mounting digital camera sony

camera is connected by usb port but not showing it as connected when i open it in places and click on it it say cannot mount voulme. details is mount:/dev/sdb1: can't read superblock

I try to remember, you can: Open computer resource select the hard disk letter right click with mouse and look for the menu option...
