How do you block annoying pop-up Flash ads in Firefox?

Quite a difference from my last series of questions.....

Those annoying Flash popups which I never want to see......is there truly any way to block them without having to yank Abobe Flash out of my system or spend hours trying to trace who the advertizier is and block their URL in my firewall?

I would recommend you try Adblock Plus and Flashblock.
