a better forum to ask that question would be:
http://ubuntuforums.org
it's called Beryl...and has been outdated to Compiz...

To use it you must have a 3D graphics card...type in Compiz in Applications >> add/remove and install Advanced Desktop Effect Settings..

It will install to System >> Preferences >> Advanced Desktop Effect Settings

To activate it go to System >> Preferences >> Appearance then Visual Effects and click "Extra"

I think you have to install a package called "compizconfig-settings-manager". You can install it with Synaptic (or in a terminal with the command "sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager").
With this settings manager you will be able to adjust all settings of compiz.

The command "msiexec /i virtualbox.msi" is a Windows command line, not Linux.

To install virtualbox under linux, try opening a terminal window (Applications menu, Accessories) and type

sudo apt-get install virtualbox-ose

Once you have Virtualbox installed it's possible to install WIndows under that, and then run windows within Ubuntu.
