what went wrong with ibex alpha 1

please developers only need to answer.i wandered all over internet to collect information about ibex alpha 1 which was scheduled
for 12th june.i also just subscribed 2 devel announcement,now i dont have a clue where to
get information.probably i wanna first hear what are changes made.
