Turbo Pascal for UBUNTU 8.04!

Is there anyway i could get a version of Turbo Pascal or any other Pascal writing program for Ubuntu 8.04?

I am a software design student and need it for school, yes i no its very old!

Applications menu, Accessories, terminal window and type

sudo apt-get install gpc xwpe

This give you the gnu pascal compiler with a development environment

I have not used it but it's worth a google

what about win rar (or w/e for ubuntu) how can i get that?
