Way to install Gutsy Gibbon with only files?

Hello all,
I have an Hp Pavilion zd7260us and the cd drive won't respond anymore. I am trying to install Ubuntu 7.1.0 but am unable to. I have the files of the cd on my computer but I can't seem to boot or find an install file. My current OS is XP and I can't use the floppy method. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

You can use Wubi, the official Windows based Ubuntu installer, which does not require a CD.
