I keep seeing entries in my syslog like this

I have no clue what they mean or if they're even anything to be concerned about. Possibly someone can enlighten me on this.

With tonight's kernel upgrade - Linux localhost 4.4.0-36-generic #55-Ubuntu SMP Thu Aug 11 18:01:55 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux this has stopped.

Still happening on my 64bit ubuntu 16.04 machine with 4.4.0-38-generic and also 4.4.0-70-generic Kernels...

Still getting this on 64bit ubuntu 16.04 with kernel version 4.8.0-040800-generic

This also seems to be logging just before my system crashes and reboots.
