platform compatibility". This is no longer the case, but they are
still available from third parties.

If you are behind a proxy, try and see if the settings are correct in Network Proxy in System>Administration>Network Proxy.

After doing a bit of research, it seems that you have to get the proxy settings right on, perhaps you can refer to this:-

to install the package properly.
