Ubuntu-IL domains need redirection

Hi, I'm the Israeli LoCo Contact. Our main site is http://ubuntu-il.com

The bug is that not all Ubuntu Israel domains forward to the main domain, for example:

    ubuntu.co.il
    ubuntu.org.il
    etc...

This issue is not a bug with Ubuntu or any other package. This is a DNS issue. I am converting this bug to a question, so that it can be resolved.
