Lubuntu upgrade has errors

unable to securely remove '/usr/src/linux-headers-3.13.0-32/drivers/iio/gyro/Makefile': Not a directory

HOW DO I resolve this problem? It prevents the latest Lubuntu upgrade from completing normally.

Not all updates could be completed.

The software index is broken

Ran "sudo apt get install-f" with no effect

When I enter the command you requested, I see a reply that says "Not a directory"
