Seting up a static Ip internet share

I really dont care if my network is run by dhcp and actuly i rather it wouldent. Is their any way at all to tell ubuntu that the connection ppp0 is to be shared and then ever one that connects to my pc is connected to the internet automaticaly?

DHCP doent like me at all. And nether does FireStarter. I have uninstalled DHCP and firestarter so.
