Permission

Hi there

Im having problem with ubuntu 16.0.4 lts im working on a project that requires me to add files into the udev and its not letting me i dont have permission to rw with it cause im not the owner...which i am. Is there a way to change that

what file / folder do you want to edit and we can advise a command to give appropriate access.

Udev i wanted to add a .rules file but says i dont have permission to do that

If you run:

sudo gedit

You will have a text editor that can save anywhere, or edit any file.

No cause its not letting me save it to /udev folder

df -h
