can i install ubuntu on this system?

i want to purchase a laptop with the following specifications , can i install ubuntu on it, will it work fine?

The APU video system will probably use the open sorce driver but the rest seems pretty standard. I don't own one so am not aware of any gotchas. Maybe others can advise who actually own the kit

Look into Xubuntu or Lubuntu, both work well with lower powered systems. I believe Xubuntu would be better choice. Also a dual boot with Ubuntu and Xubuntu, would show if the processor is strong enough, for Ubuntu.
