Mail content is not fetched properly

evolution 2.12.0

Mails from one particular sender cannot be viewed/read.
It says Formatting message (...) in the status field in the bottom of the window, then it disappears and the mail remains empty with a grey background, no symbols are shown.
I have no problems reading those mails in Internet Explorer (in the public library i.e.).
Am I missing any specific software, links, settings?
All other mails can be read properly after downloading all images.

It seems that this one particular sender sends his e-mails in a format that Evolution can not display.
I think that evolution comes with all the bits and pices it needs. Althoug you can try to install the experimental plugins. But I find it hard to beleave that there is a setting that will cause this behavour.
You can click-and drag the e-mail to the desktop to get the raw e-mail witch you can open with a text editor. This raw e-mail is important to atach to a bug report or to this question so others can test that e-mail.
