Before fixing the wireless you should probably fix your keyboard... seem to be stuck in uppercase !
... Sorry just kidding, but please try not to write in uppercase, it's a pain to read and it gives the impression you are shouting.

For your wireless problem I need at least to know what wireless card you're using. I asume you're using the Laptop internal laptop.
The easiest way to find out the detail about your wireless card (and other pci devices ) is to use the following command: "lspci"

Just open a terminal windows (Applications > Accessories > Terminal)
Type "lspci" (without quote) and press enter.

It should display a number of information about your device. Just copy all of it here.
(or look for the lines related to your wireless and copy only those here, whichever)

First I want you to check if your SHIFT key might be stuck or your CAPS LOCK might be on. I had a hard time trying to read your text.
I can see to scenarios where the wireless might not work:
First check that Ubuntu can detect your wireless card. If you dont find any wireless network adapters there might be a problem with the drivers.
Second be sure that you have the correct setting for your wireless. Try the Network Manager applet to see if you can locate the wireless network and check that you have the correct security settings. Ubuntu will not connect automaticly if it does not have the correct settings. If you cannot locate the network try to connect to it by entering the name and security settings manualy.
Until you fix the shift and tell us exactly what the problem is, it is hard for us to help you.
