Canada Atlantic Time during install is shown as -3 GMT not -4 GMT

Asked by David Hughes

During the install process when you choose the time zone you're in the choice for south eastern Canada region is shown as -3 GMT but it should be -4 GMT, it was like the previous Ubuntu release and it's still there in 8.04, nothing earth shattering but it is annoying.

Oh, I thought this was where I was supposed to file a bug report.

I'll look into it and do that.

Never mind I found it and the bug was posted there by me in October 2007!
I think my brain is toast :(
 And it hasn't been fixed.
