Import Emails from MSExchange

How do i acquire my emails that I have backup from MS Exchange?
I want to use Evolution Mail and need to move my emails from ms exchange.
How?

if this is in the format of a PST file then I have found the best way for me was to open the PST using Outlook under Windows, then install another mail client such as thunderbird under Windows. Thunderbird can import mail from Outlook. Once you have the mail in Thunderbird you can copy the mail over to Ubuntu and either use in Thunderbird under Ubuntu or import to Evolution.
