USB or PS/2 Keyboard ? (or are you using a Laptop ?)

Can you access your computer BIOS fine ?
Trying to troubleshoot if the keyboard is unusable during the whole time the pc is booting...

Thank you for answering.

Its a usb keyboard. And its not a laptop.
I can access the bios.
But : troubleshoot what and where?

Can you access bios or anything at all while the pc is booting - does it have usb keyboard support before an os starts - is I think what arekkusu is asking.

If the keyboard doesn't have support until it boots then that is what needs to be dealt with.

Further if you can access BIOS check for USB support and see if that is enabled - if you can't access the bios you will need to borrow a ps/2 to get in.

Can you help with this problem?
