Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it, because your description didn't include enough information.

Please include the information requested from the "Reporting Sound Bugs" section of [WWW] https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingSoundProblems as separate attachments.

Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs

Thank you.

Please open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install libflashsupport

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.

Then please edit /etc/firefox/firefoxrc:

sudo gedit /etc/firefox/firefoxrc

and modify or add the row:
FIREFOX_DSP="aoss"

Hope this helps
