A message shown while opening and closing ubuntu16.04

Recently updated ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04.Now before opening and closing(shut down) a message shown as /dev/sda9:clean,300840/1220608 files,2610280/4880896 blocks what is this and how can solve this issue.?

This message is perfectly normal. Recent Ubuntu versions perform a quick file system check on the root file system during the boot process.
As long as the message is .".. clean, ..." it tells that the quick check did not find errors an that everything is the way it should be.

No action is required.
