Gxine won't play DVD

I am running Ubuntu 8.04
I installed Gxine 0.5.901
When I inserted "Ratatouille" I got small window that said "Error from Xine Packet". Inside that window was the message reading "Error reading NAV packet"

What needs to be done to play DVDs?
