Canonical Landscape Installation Error

I have 1 Landscape management server and 43 computers. The management server have been installed with the landscape and all the agent was deployed to the computers. But when access to landscape canonical web page (account perkeso1) it shows that all licenses seat are available are 43 but seats used are 0.

Can you please guide me to install the program please.
