gclipper error on loading

I am using Gclipper on the panel to help with cut & paste if I close the source document.. but I now get this erroe
The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:Glipper".. option to ignore or delete??? I did not do tis when I first had this option on... perhaps I've tweaked something too much again...
