how do I set up win server 2003 to allow ubuntu to use stored data

I can connect using ubuntu to my network and can share files both ways with all the network except win server 2003. Ubuntu can see the server but cant access it, The server however can access the Ubuntu machine without any problems. What do I need to do to allow Ubuntu acess

Use smbclient. You'd need to use a Samba client on your Ubuntu box to authenticate with the Active Direcotry forest or Win2003 workgroup.
