Please go to System > Administration > Hardware Drivers, and attach a screenshot if there is anything related to your wireless card there. I believe that this is not a bug, and can be fixed very easily.

Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs

Thank you.

Try to do this:
- Install b43-fwcutter package (Download it from another PC)
- $wget http://downloads.openwrt.org/sources/broadcom-wl-4.80.53.0.tar.bz2 (Download it from another PC)
- $tar xjvf broadcom-wl-4.80.53.0.tar.bz2
- $sudo b43-fwcutter -w /lib/firmware broadcom-wl-4.80.53.0/kmod/wl_apsta.o
- Restart you pc
