can a map with pictures in ubuntu be read by Windows xp (dual booting)?

on my computer i have both ubuntu and windows xp ,dual booting
from a camera i have imported the pictures to a map under ubuntu and the pictures are now only on my computer.
i want to use the pictures in a windows program photo story.
HOW CAN I COPY OR MOVE THE PICTURES TO WINDOWS XP ?

You should copy those pictures to a folder somewhere windows partition, as Windows is unable to read data from Ubuntu disk partition. Ubuntu has no problems reading or writing data from/to Windows one.

Installation should have created a link to your Windows partition so you can use Windows folders as Ubuntu ones. Take a look at Places menu entry, Windows disk partition should be there.
