Skype group chats are not being delivered

    Hi, I am ubuntu 12.04 (32-bit) user. I had completely uninstalled and then reinstalled skype on my machine. But after that, I am unable to find my groups and even unable to receive chats from groups. But I am able to see group chats on web.skype.com.

   I have contacted Microsoft Skype Support team, but they redirected me to contact Ubuntu Support team in that case. So please kindly help me to solve this problem. I hope, you will do it ASAP. Thank You.

Try renaming the Skype configuration folder, then relaunch it so that you get a default profile. It may help

I renamed the folder .Skype to .Skypeold, but it didn't work. I am still unable to receive Group chats. Also if someone adds me in a new group, still I am not able to get the notification for that and even I am unable to receive chat from that new group while other group members do get. Please suggest another solution or try to fix it remotely if you can. Thanks in advance.
