audio problem

I have tried to listen to online radio from www.air1.com and from www.ksbj.org

I get no sound using firefox and have downloaded realplayer for linux, but cannot install it once downloaded. thanks for your help...jqa

Youtube plays fine however. The video resolution is not very good, but I am trying to get help here on that too...jqa

Open a Terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal) and execute the following commands :
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree mozilla-mplayer (enter your password when asked)
